South Carolina School Financing Innovator Shares Renovation and Rebuilding Strategy with Baltimore City

On the heels of Baltimore City Schools release of the “Jacobs Study” that details a $2.4 billion need to 
repair city schools (69 percent of which are in very poor condition), Baltimore City Councilmember Mary Pat Clarke and the Transform Baltimore Campaign on Wednesday held an informational session to learn 
how other cities have devised creative plans to renovate their schools.
